GEKA Profile Ironworker MINICROP 45

Punching: The punching force within this workstation can reach 45 tons and its maximum diameter capacity is Ø 28×10 mm. The punching station is equipped with a throat holder that allows the user to punch U- and L-profiles on the leg and on the net. This punching station has the following additional features:
Adjustable stripper
Offset punches for small angles
Positioning table with removable front for F punch tasks, legs down.
Blade holder
Sandwich structure and monoblock body
Security protection

Notching: Rectangular notching equipment fitted with a machined work table and scaled stops.

Cutting flat bars: Minicrop can cut flat bars with a maximum width of 300 x 10 mm or 200 x 13 mm. It can cut at U and L profiles up to 100 mm with its selectable blades. The blades of the Minicrop cutting station have a unique radial geometry and thanks to it they can perform cutting tasks with minimal deformation. Some additional features of the flat bar cutting workstation are:
Limit switch for final adjustment
Adjustable clearance between flat bar blades
Material clamping guide
Cutting of flat plates

Shearing angles and round and square bars: Cutting of angles, round bars, and square bars, the workstation can cut at 90º over a surface of 80 x 80 x 8 mm width. This station can cut UPN and IPN profiles up to 100 mm.
