Automatic band saw for cutting 0°. Standard CN for cutting bars in different quantities and lengths within the same program. Saw bow, vices and carriage are moved with hydraulic cylinders. To optimize the cut, the descent of the saw blade is regulated with a balanced valve. Motor-driven saw blade brush. Screws for locking the workpiece placed both before and after the cutting position. The flat surfaces of the vise for cutting and carriage fitted with hardened plugs which can be replaced if worn.
